Yes, in most cases! We can port (transfer) your existing local or toll-free business phone number to our service. The porting process typically takes 1-4 weeks, and we'll guide you through it. There's usually no charge for standard number porting.

What kind of internet connection do I need?

A stable broadband internet connection (like cable, fiber, or reliable DSL) is required. VoIP calls don't use much data, but connection quality (low latency and jitter) is important for clear calls. We recommend testing your connection and can provide guidance on optimizing your network if needed.
